Poem: "our lady of remedies"
This is either one long or four short poems, or drafts anyway, in response to an art exhibit I saw two years ago in Chicago, about Remedios Varo, whose work I'd previously admired, but hadn't appreciated the scope of until I saw the exhibit. I keep a list of women artists that I really want to write about -- it's kind of long, and I'm happy to finally work on something about this surrealist painter.

Terrific poem, Wendy.
I especially love the redacted parts. They alone make their own separate poem.
